The law requires us to show our registered office, which is 192 Victoria Street, Grimsby, England, DN31 1NX. This is a legal address only: we do not trade from it, so please always use our address above.
You must be 18 or over to place an order. We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom unless we agree otherwise in writing.
This website is for consumers (people buying mainly for personal use). If you would like to buy for a business, please contact us first.
You must not misuse this website, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful content, scrape content or use the website in any way that breaks the law.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or to an account, where we reasonably need to for security, maintenance or to prevent misuse.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for making sure your account details are accurate. Please tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
We sell camping furniture, caravan and motorhome accessories, outdoor and home leisure products, gifts and toys. We aim to make product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, capacities and availability as accurate as possible. Much of this information comes from the manufacturer.
Images are for illustration and the goods may vary slightly, for example in colour or packaging. Dimensions, weights and capacities may be approximate. If a particular measurement matters to you, please contact us before ordering.
Manufacturers sometimes update their products, for example to meet new regulations or improve a design. If a change would significantly affect what you ordered, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
All prices shown include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay: mainland UK delivery starts from £3.95 including VAT, depending on the items and the service you choose, and standard delivery is free on orders of £150 or more including VAT; delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish and other UK islands is £42.00 including VAT and free on orders of £720 or more including VAT. Our Delivery and Returns page lists all our delivery charges.
Our VAT number is GB 373 9594 45. A VAT invoice is sent with your order confirmation or is available from your account or on request.
We check prices regularly, but errors can happen. If we discover that the price of an item you have ordered is wrong, we will contact you before accepting your order. If the correct price is higher, you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If a price is obviously and unmistakably wrong, we do not have to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the goods in your basket. We will email you to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
Before you place your order, you can review your basket, delivery details and payment details at checkout and correct any mistakes. Our contract with you is in English. We keep a copy of your order and of these terms, which you can view in your account or ask us to send you.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, which is when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched or that we have accepted it, whichever happens first.
We may decline an order, or cancel it before dispatch, if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, payment is not authorised, we cannot deliver to your address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
We accept the following payment methods, as shown at checkout:
Payment is taken when you place your order unless we agree otherwise. We never see or store your full card details; they are handled by our payment providers. If you choose Klarna, Klarna may carry out its own checks and your agreement with Klarna is governed by Klarna’s terms.
Full delivery details, including charges and timescales, are on our Delivery and Returns page. In summary:
Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery and tell us promptly if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, ideally with photographs. This helps us resolve the problem quickly with the courier. It does not affect your legal rights.
If you think a delivery has damaged your property, please tell us within 48 hours, with photos, so that we can take it up with the courier or haulier straight away. This does not affect your legal rights.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Orders may be passed to our warehouse, supplier or courier shortly after they are placed, so we cannot always stop them. If we cannot, you can return the goods under your right to cancel below.
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you receive the goods. If your order is delivered in separate parts, they start the day after you receive the last part.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, for example by emailing sales@easyleisure.co.uk, writing to our trading address, or using the model cancellation form at the end of these terms.
You must then send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless we agree otherwise.
If an item is too large to post, please contact us and we will arrange collection. The collection cost is the direct cost of returning the goods; we will tell you the cost before collection and deduct it from your refund.
Please return goods unused and complete, in their original packaging where possible, so that we can resell them. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them, but not use, install or fit them. If they have been handled more than that and their value is reduced, we may deduct the reduction from your refund.
We will refund the price you paid for the goods and the cost of our standard delivery (but not the extra cost of any faster or premium delivery you chose) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them back, if earlier. We refund using the payment method you used. We do not charge a restocking fee when you cancel as a consumer.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made or modified to your specification (for example, items made to order or altered at your request) or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A standard product that we order in for you is not treated as made to your specification.
Full details, including our returns address, are on our Delivery and Returns page.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you think goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or videos. We may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection, or arrange for them to be inspected. Where goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will pay reasonable return costs.
If a fault first appears more than six months after delivery, you may need to show that it was present when the goods were delivered. If you become entitled to reject goods more than six months after delivery (for example, after a repair has not worked), we may reduce your refund to take account of the use you have had.
If an inspection shows that the goods are not faulty, or that the problem was caused after delivery (for example by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, modification or normal wear and tear), we may charge you the reasonable cost of the inspection and of returning the goods to you. We will tell you about any such charge before the goods are inspected.
Please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and age guidance supplied with each product. In particular: check that electrical appliances are suitable for your power supply (for example, low-wattage appliances for campsite hook-ups); supervise children using children’s products; and assemble furniture, gazebos and awning accessories as instructed.
We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, modification, wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. This does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty or not as described, or if a product is not reasonably fit for a purpose you told us about before ordering.
Some products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty. Its length and terms are set by the manufacturer and may require registration or proof of purchase. A manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
If you are a consumer, we supply products for domestic and private use only. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, flood, fire, pandemics, strikes by third parties, road closures, accidents, cyber-attacks, or failure of national transport, power or communications networks. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect. If there is a significant delay, you can cancel and receive a refund for goods you have paid for but not received.
We welcome honest reviews. We publish all genuine reviews that meet our guidelines, whether positive or negative. We do not write, buy or commission fake reviews, and we do not hide reviews simply because they are negative. If a review has been incentivised in any way, we will make that clear.
We may refuse or remove reviews that appear fake, are unlawful, offensive, abusive, spam or unrelated to the product. By submitting a review, you allow us to display it on our website and use it in connection with the product.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and documents, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the website for normal personal or business purchasing only. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially use its content without our written permission.
Our website may link to other websites, such as manufacturers’ documents. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first on sales@easyleisure.co.uk or 01522 396350 and we will do our best to put it right as quickly as possible.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will send you our final response in writing and tell you whether an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme is available and whether we will use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, unless a change is required by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
